Southwark Schools for the Future (SSF). The second phase of the Southwark Schools for the Future project following the establishment of the local education partnership in Phase 1. The project includes (but is not limited to) the development of a strategic investment programme for secondary educational facilities. The LEP (4 Futures) may be required to provide services in respect of other educational facilities such as primaries, or to other community facilities which support educational outcomes or for any facilities to be provided by one or more of the contracting authorities' area, or any other facilities to be provided by the London Borough of Southwark in the exercise of the powers contained in Section 2(1) of the Local Government Act 2000 (e.g. libraries, leisure provisions, civic buildings and regeneration developments)("the relevant facilities"). The partnering services also includes ICT managed services, hard and soft facilities management services, architectual, engineering, construction, technical building services, strategy advisory services and procurement and delivery or management of all services required to deliver the strategic investment programme for the Relevant Facilities, together with other educational services. UK-Swansea: advisory and consultative engineering services
The appointment of technical advisors. This contract notice advertises a consultancy contract to be let by the South West Wales Waste Consortium consisting of the following Local Authorities: City and County of Swansea Council ("Swansea"), Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council ("Neath Port Talbot"), Carmarthenshire County Council ("Carmarthenshire"), Pembrokeshire County Council ("Pembrokeshire"), Bridgend County Borough Council ("Bridgend") and Ceredigion County Council ("Ceredigion"). Under the umbrella of the Consortium, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire, Bridgend and Pembrokeshire form the South West Wales Procurement Hub who wish to develop and procure source segregated food waste treatment services, utilising Anaerobic Digestion, for the geographical area covered by the Local Authorities participating in the Procurement Hub. An Inter Authority Agreement to formalise arrangements between constituent Authorities is currently being finalised. The Consortium reserves the right to terminate this process should the Inter Authority Agreement fail to be entered into by the parties. Vale of Glamorgan Council has requested capacity from the Procurement Hub which remains open to Welsh Local Authorities who wish to have their food waste tonnages included. Swansea is acting as Lead Authority for the food waste procurement. It is envisaged that the Consortium will also procure residual waste treatment services. Welsh Local Authorities from outside the Consortium will be granted the opportunity to have their residual waste tonnages considered for inclusion in the process. The Lead Authority for the residual waste project may be one of the other constituent Authorities in the Consortium. The Lead Authority will be acting on behalf of all the Local Authorities in the Consortium. The consultancy contract will include technical advice and support to the Consortium undertaking a competitive dialogue procedure that will include where appropriate, OBC production, evaluation of PQQ's, ISOS's, and ISDS's, shortlisting of bidders, finalisation of output specifications and performance mechanisms, preparation of documentation and evaluation of tenders together with general advice as necessary for the procurement of suitable waste treatment facilities for the region.
