0910/008 – Mid Croydon Master Plan The London Borough of Croydon invites suitable expressions of interest from providers to supply a spatial master planning and development service for the Mid Croydon area. The regeneration of the Mid Croydon area is necessary to support the emerging Mayoral policy which supports Croydon as a key place for delivering the potential of Outer London and the emerging Croydon Core Strategy, which recognises options for the intensification of Croydon Metropolitan Centre (CMC) and the need for high quality public realm and enhanced facilities and amenities. Along with the other masterplans, the Mid Croydon masterplan will be delivery focussed and will form the basis of an Opportunity Area Planning Framework (OAPF) for the CMC.
