The Scottish Government Housing and Regeneration Directorate collects various information on areas such as housing and planning through work with local authorities across Scotland. This information is then used to support the Scottish Governments purpose by helping to ensure that policy and delivery is based on sound analysis and evidence contributing to accountability. We are seeking notes of interest and completed pre-qualifying questionnaires from suitably qualified applicants for delivery of an Area Income Model. This model will assess all aspects of household income from a wide range of geographies, including small area level. The Scottish Government Housing and Regeneration Directorate wish to purchase a model to enable estimation of total gross household income, including all sources of income (including investments, income support and welfare benefits) across a wide range of geographies, including small area level so that, for example, sub Local Authority area variations can be fully understood.
