Statens vegvesen Region vest, on behalf of Hordaland county, hereafter called the awarding authority, would like tenders for building inspections for the construction of Ring Road Vest construction stage 2 in Bergen municipality. The contract comprises advance inspections and post inspections as described in the tender documents. The contract also includes an option for post inspections in addition to the extent estimated in the tender documents. The contract comprises advance inspections of all houses and external contructions which are situated in a defined area, see annexes C1-C5 in the tender documents. The total amount is approx.: — 73 detached houses, — 35 semi detached houses, — 605 units in terraced houses, — 204 units in blocks of flats, — 42 communal garages, — 11 business properties. The advance inspections are divided into six areas, see annexes C1-C5. The deadline for the advance inspections of the properties in areas C1, C2, C3 and C5 (estimated number of units is approx. 450-500) is 1.2.2011. The other areas (C4) must have had their advance inspections before 1.6.2011. The awarding authority and service provider will undertake a detailed prioritising within areas C1, C2, C3 and C4 during the contract meetings. Furthermore, the contract also includes building inspections after the tunnel blasting has been completed to an estimated extent of approx. 2 000 hours. The awarding authority has in addition an option for a further 2 000 hours. The post inspection is estimated to be carried out in spring 2013.
