The official requirement is that only passengers with valid reasons shall be given access to restricted security areas (CSRA = Critical security restricted area). In order to fulfil these requirements Avinor will implement an inspection of travel documents before passengers are given access through the airport's security. As many passengers use frequent flyer cards, Avinor must implement a system which makes it possible to read several types of credit cards with a magnetic stripe. Pre-construction and Construction Agreement (Completion of design and construction of a large indoor multipurpose arena). The notice involves the establishment of a framework agreement: no Realdania and the City of Copenhagen are working to develop a large indoor multipurpose arena in Copenhagen, Denmark, through a joint company called Arena CPHX P/S. The arena will meet a strong local and regional need for entertainment, cultural and sporting events facilities and act as a key driver of economic development. Copenhagen arena will form an important part of the image of Copenhagen, contributing to the life of the city, its people and visitors well into the future. The facilities will be marketed nationally and internationally and must be seen to be of a high quality, when measured against similar facilities worldwide, in order to attract the best artists and events from around the world. The arena will have a capacity of around 15 000 spectators and will include 1 000 premium lounge seats plus 20 suites with a capacity of 12-15 persons each. Live Nation have entered into an agreement with Arena CPHX to lease the arena for 30 years on its completion in Autumn 2015. The arena is located in Ørestad Syd, a new district between the airport and city centre, with the arena acting as a catalyst for investment in the planned developments that will surround it. The scope of this contract will be to complete the design of the arena and construct it. A design team will shortly be appointed for full services. They will be novated to the successful organisation appointed to design/build the arena.
