UK-Halesowen: photocopying equipment
Photocopying and reprographic equipment. The College requires two black and white (medium) and one colour machine for use in the reprographics function (print room) and ten machines for general photocopying use. The black and white machines must be able to print 95 copies per minute minimum and both must be high volume. One black and white machine to have a booklet maker as standard, the other must have a folding attachment. The colour machine must be able to print 65 copies per minute and must include a booklet maker as standard. Toners and staplers to be included as part of package. Currently the College uses a variety of machines. Within the reprographics function there are two machines; one Sharpe MX-M1100 and one MX-5500N. In addition the College has eight Sharpe M450U models, one Sharpe AR-M451N and one Ricoh Aficio 1515 model. The College is using print management software Pcounter/Pcounter Pro by Altman Technology. It is very important that all machines are compatible with this software solution. It is likely in the short-term that the College will continue to use Emos readers alongside the Pcounter software. Our current print volumes are currently roughly as detailed below: Reprographics – 2 500 000 + per annum. General – 1 700 000 + per annum (walk up copiers). Colour – 90 000 + per annum. Surgical System Integration Solution. Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust wishes to procure a Surgical System Integration Solution. Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced suppliers with the ability to support the needs of a multi-site Acute Trust, which requires a solution to bring together process flow and management information from a variety of other systems including: the Patient Administration System; Theatre Scheduling System; Stock Management System; and the Surgical Instrument Tracking and Tracing System. The project has several requirements: — provide a variety of patient status views covering the entire surgical patient journey through from decision to operate to discharge, — have the ability to present summary real time theatre management and performance information through a quick access dashboard, — provide real time process support, i.e. confirm staff scheduling; pre-operation requirements; theatre configuration; stock ordering; etc, — have the ability to capture data to interface with other clinical systems, — have the ability to support infection control friendly data capture methods.
