 Lift maintenance service contract.   Worcestershire County Council's Property Services need to establish a lift   maintenance contract for all properties for which it is responsible. The   contract shall run from 1.4.2011 to 31.3.2016.   The works require the contractor/s to undertake servicing and maintenance   of passenger lifts, goods lifts, platform lifts, stair lifts and   escalators.   The contractor/s shall be required as part of the contract to provide hard   and soft copies of the Lift Service Report.
