Card service for the transport service for physically disabled. Oslo municipality's Health and welfare Department (the Awarding Authority) shall procure card service for the transport service of physically disabled. The card service shall be a support function for the transport service for physically disabled people and shall consist in cards for users of the service, system for overview of the use and operation of the service. The card shall be used in all taxies in Oslo and Akershus licence districts. All approx. 17 000 users of transport service for physically disabled shall have transport service cards as identification. It will be required approx. 3 200 new cards per annum. The card shall not contain picture. The card service shall ensure overview of the taxi transport. The transport service users shall swipe the card in the taxi so that the balance of the card (number of awarded trips) is updated and the supporting data for invoices can be prepared. The card shall only be presented as identification when using the specialised vehicles. It is requested that the card service includes a user register where the Awarding Authority and the city districts can register information and where the users can look up in. The provider of the card service cannot be a provider of transport in the transport system for physically disabled.
