Making Markets Work for the New Generation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The subject of this tender concerns the preparation of the given program as well as implementation of its first phase. Mandating for implementation is dependent on the approval of the credit (funds) for the first phase of implementation by SDC. SDC reserves the right to directly award follow-up phases to the winner of this tender, provided the performance of the selected organization(s) is of high quality. The mandatory is to ensure (i) effective facilitation of the program and (ii) high quality backstopping services.
