Parking pay by phone services. Enfield Council is inviting applications from contractors who can demonstrate extensive experience in providing a parking pay by phone contract. This is a joint contract with Redbridge Council however on award, the boroughs will operate separately. At present both boroughs are running pay by phone parking trials in there off off-street car parks. During the length of the contract both boroughs intend to broaden the scope of the service on-street. Applications are invited from suitably experienced companies to set-up, implement and provide a pay by phone service for parking. It is expected that these integrated systems will provide access to real time data, provide financial and management reports and accept all forms of cashless parking. Targeted HIV prevention. The objective of this project will deliver a national programme of HIV health promotion for men who have sex with men (MSM) and African communities. The successful service provider will undertake targeted HIV prevention work where the key deliverables will be to: — Increase HIV testing to reduce undiagnosed and late diagnoses in both groups, — Support sustained behavioural change to prevent HIV infection within these targeted groups, — Continue to develop the evidence base on effective interventions and outcomes, — Develop social marketing interventions and new information technologies where appropriate, — Reduce stigma within affected communities and more widely. The project will build on existing successful programmes which have engaged at a PR and social marketing level with key gay men's commercial organisations including pubs, clubs and saunas, and with African Communities and faith leaders, in order to encourage them to promote the materials and information resources that promote best practice. Miradore Business Development. Miradore is a fast growing Finnish software company, whose IT device management solution is targeted to managed service providers (MSP).
