The LHB wishes to establish a framework for Quantity Surveying Services as part of a single co-ordinated project to establish frameworks for Construction Contractors and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Contractors ("Contractors' Frameworks"), Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Electrical Engineering Design and Mechanical Engineering Design ("Design Consultants' Frameworks") and Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators ("Projects Consultants' Frameworks"). To avoid conflicts of interest, economic operators (including any separate legal entity which is a member of the same group of legal entities as the economic operator ("affiliated entity")) may only apply to be selected to tender in respect of frameworks within ONE of the following groups: Contractors' Frameworks, Design Consultants' Frameworks and Project Consultants' Frameworks. Economic operators may apply for more than one discipline within any one of those groups. Provision of catering services. The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at St Mary Redcliffe & Temple CE School. St Mary Redcliffe & Temple School is an oversubscribed, successful, VA Church of England co-educational comprehensive within the local authority of Bristol City Council. There are 1 514 students on roll, 438 of whom are taught in the 6th form, which is located approximately 150 yards from the main site. Approximately 100 students are entitled to free school meals at the present time. The two current catering contracts are to be combined from 1.8.2012 so that only one contract is let for both sites on a coterminous basis, for a 5 year period. Nutritional values must comply with national guidelines in the main school for students aged 11-16 but there will be some flexibility in the 6th form. The existing contract is estimated to be in the region of 150 000 GBP per annum and, as the period of the proposed contract will be for 5 years, EU regulations therefore apply.
