NO-Oslo: procurement consultancy services
Open tender contest, purchase of procurement consultancy services. With its 650 properties and close to 900 000 m² buildings, municipal undertaking for social service buildings, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority is one of the largest participants in the property market in the Oslo area. This involves that the Awarding Authority carries out a major number of procurements for new buildings, operation and maintenance. The investment budget for the next financial plan period is approx. 3 600 000 000 NOK. The procurements are carried out by Oslo municipality's Legal and Procurement Department, where the Awarding Authority's principal procurement competence is located. The Department comprises of 7 lawyers of which 4 established posts are dedicated procurement. Due to periods with major procurement requirements, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of consultancy services in relation to procurements. This service will be utilised by the Legal and Procurement Department in accordance with requirements. The tasks included in the contract will mainly comprises of quality assurance and implementation of procurements in relation to building and construction works, supplies and services, as well as administration/follow-up of suppliers/service providers/contractors during the procurement process, as well as other administrative assignments and general consultancy services in connection with procurements.
