Ofcom is the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK's communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services. Our current framework for Market Research Services expires on 31.12.2011 and we are putting our requirements out to tender in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations, 2006.
