D-Potsdam: supporting and auxiliary transport services; travel agencies services
Art transport services Europa Jagellonica. Subject matter of the intended conclusion of a framework agreement is art transport services in and outside Germany and the related services as defined in Category 20 of Annex l Part B to VOL/A. (Regulations on Contract Awards for Public Supplies and Services - Part A) and Directive 2004/18/EC. The services include various services related to the preparation and performance of transport services, the preparation of transport documents, freight and container handling, (temporary) storage, etc. in connection with the realisation of a travelling exhibition. The main service to be performed is the delivery and return transport of artworks and/or museum objects for the Gallery of Central Bohemian Region (GASK) in Kutna Hora/Czech Republic, the National Museum (NMW) and the Royal Castle Museum (ZKW) in Warsaw/Poland as well as the House of Brandenburg-Prussian History (HBPG) in Potsdam/Germany. The preparation and execution of transports to and from the venue comprise a wide range of logistical, highly technical and conservational requirements in accordance with the international museum standards, including the packing and storage of delicate art and museum objects in line with conservational requirements. The transport is subject to stringent security and safety requirements. The performance of the contracts must be planned in close cooperation with the contracting entity and executed in a way that is compatible with the operational processes of the contracting entity. Sub-contracting to third parties is permitted only with prior agreement of the contracting entity. A common characteristic of all venues is that the exhibitions featuring different themes and exhibits are presented in spaces of different sizes: — the Gallery of Central Bohemian Region (GASK) in Kutna Hora has an exhibition space of approx. 2 000 sq.m., — the National Museum in Warsaw (NMW) and the Royal Castle Museum in Warsaw (ZKM) together also have an exhibition space of approx. 2,000 sq.m., — the special exhibition spaces of the House of Brandenburg-Prussian History (HBPG) are about. 700 sq.m. Specific contracts based on the framework agreement are to be awarded to the successful tenderer as appropriate for the specific exhibition planned. The estimated contract amount of the anticipated specific contracts varies between 80 000 EUR and 150 000 EUR between the locations. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 15 months. 3 to 5 candidates will be invited to submit a tender. Division into lots: (please tick the appropriate box(es)). Performance of all services constitutes one lot.
