Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as the Contracting Authority and Central Purchasing Body is procuring a multi-supplier framework agreement for financial leasing on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) equipment and services for the benefit of itself and also for use by NHS bodies in the UK including (but not limited to) all NHS Acute Trusts, all NHS Mental Health Trusts, all NHS Foundation Trusts and all Primary Care Trusts (and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisations or organisational changes in relation to all these types of bodies). Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services in Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole. An IDVA service is an independent domestic violence advice service that works in partnership with criminal justice and other agencies as part of the MARAC process in order to give advice, information and support to high risk victims of domestic violence about options to improve their safety and that of their children. This advice must be based on an understanding of risk and its management. We require short to medium term casework. TUPE will apply in relation to this contract. An ISVA service is an independent sexual violence advice service that works in partnership with a range of local statutory and voluntary services in order to support victims of rape, sexual violence and sexual abuse. We require the provision of support to victims (eventually referred through the Sexual Assault referral Centre) who access the criminal justice process and those who choose not to, helping them to move forward with their lives and to access the services they need during the immediacy of their experience. The contract will run for 3 years, beginning on 1.4.2012 with an option to extend for a maximum of a further two years subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor and funding availability.
