Award authority is responsible for the operation and development of municipal energy recovery plant at Haraldrud and Klemetsrud. Award authority produces energy from waste. The energy produced is district heating and electricity from the turbines and gas engines. Waste sorting, based on optical sorting, has been introduced in Oslo. A sorting facility, located on Haraldrud has been in operation for just over one year. Another sorting facility, which will be completed in 2012, is being built on Klemetstrud. The waste management department has 150 employees, divided between the two energy recovery facilities and staff located at Klemetsrud. This contract comprises all buildings and associated outdoor areas available to award authority on their facilities. New construction and renovation of chancery and residence for the Swiss Embassy in Moscow - General contractor (GC). Since 1946 the Swiss Embassy in Moscow has been located in the Basmanny district northeast of the city centre. At the end of the 1980's and the beginning of the 1990's, the Swiss mission in Moscow transformed itself into one of Switzerland's largest and most important embassies within a few years. In cooperation with representatives of the city of Moscow and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (FBL) announced a project competition in the summer of 2007 for a basic redesign of the embassy. The embassy plot with its historic 19th century city palace will be supplemented with a new L-shaped building, which will stand along the border of the plot.
