OBY has received an order from the Department for Culture and Education c/o the Ordering Unit for assistance for working out concept choice reviews for nurseries. OBY's assignment involves working out alternative analyses in accordance with the documented "Concept choice review (KVU) in Oslo municipality – Requirements and guidance" chapter 6. OBY would, in this connection, like to enter into a framework agreement for architect assistance for working out alternative analyses. The alternative analyses consist of reviews, evaluating and comparing the suitability of sites for nurseries, including cost analyses, traffic evaluations etc. for each object. At first OBY has an order for assistance in the KVU work for 8 projects. It is foreseeable that each alternative analysis will involve a review of 4-6 actual nursery site alternatives per project /KVU. The review need for each object can vary greatly and will be agreed with the awarding authority for each individual assignment.
