HFK-11-149 Digital teaching aids (DLM). The Awarding Authority shall carry out a tender conference at Rica Victoria in Oslo, 14.11.2011 between 12:00 and 14:00 hrs. The counties are responsible for providing students in upper secondary education and training free teaching aids. The upper secondary education and training is one of the counties' core areas and the responsibility of providing good and quality assured teaching aids in connection with this is vital. National digital learning arena, henceforth referred to as NDLA, is a joint inter-county cooperation with 18 counties, i.e. all of Norway's counties except Oslo County. NDLA's task is to offer students in upper secondary school digital teaching aids which cover the curricula's competence goal and is available for all. NDLA is organizational and editorial built up with a number of subject network sites which publish and maintain teaching aids for various subjects in the upper secondary education and training. The teaching aids are used nationwide. At present NDLA has approx. 18 000 daily users on weekdays and can validate an increase of 100 % compared with previous school year. NDLA is organised in accordance with traditional editorial model with specialist subject consultants responsible for own subject network sites. Transport and treatment of hazardous waste from Renholdsverket AS. Renholdsverket AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest involving transport and treatment of hazardous waste and risk waste. The main contract includes transport and treatment of hazardous waste in accordance the Waste Regulations' chapter 11. The waste types included in the main contract are specified in the tender documents' Form 7-1. The waste is collected from the Awarding Authority's reception location in Tempeveien 25 in Trondheim. Option 1 includes invitation to submit tenders for transport and treatment of CCA and creosote impregnated wood, waste with brominated flame retardants, waste with phthalics, discarded insulation with environmentally damaging abrasive agents such as CFC and HCFC, chlorinated paraffin insulated glass panes and waste containing chlorinated paraffin. Tenders for option 1 shall also contain prices for hiring of L-pallets for packaging of chlorinated paraffin insulated glass panes. The waste shall be collected from the Awarding Authority's recycling station at Hegstadmoen in Trondheim. Option 2 includes invitation to submit tenders for transport and treatment of risk waste.
