The University internal audit programme relates to a standard business assurance function and should ensure that auditors have sufficient evidence to be able to provide an annual statement of assurance with respect to the internal control environment including areas of governance, risk management and value for money as required by HEFCE. Suppliers should be aware that the University has charitable status and is required to comply with the audit requirements set out in the HEFCE Financial Memorandum. The University therefore has a responsibility to its main funders, who are also public sector bodies, and who entrust their funds to the University on the grounds that it will adhere to the conditions on which the funds were granted. Managed remarketing of vehicles and plant. The contractor will be responsible for the collection, preparation for sale, storage, remarketing, sale of vehicles and plant and similar assets and the prompt return of sale proceeds after disposal, of vehicles and plant. Devon County Council as a highway authority and local transport authority seeks a contractor for the provision and maintenance of bus shelters within the Exeter City Council administrative area.
