Lewisham Council is looking for a Housing Development Partner to deliver approximately 400 new homes on the "Giffin Street Southern sites" as part of the "Future of Deptford Town Centre" Regeneration Programme. Defence general munitions has a possible future requirement for the supply of a "white-light" illuminating projectile in support of the 105mm UK MoD Artillery platform. There may also be a requirement in the longer term for an Infra-Red illuminating projectile. Requirements are likely to be circa. 3 000 units per year with delivery commencing 2014. 2. Suppliers should submit a detailed document listing experience and knowledge of the specific subject matter together with your ISO accreditation certificate. 3. Typical competencies required will be: UK MoD Artillery Projectile Design and Qualification. UK MoD Artillery Projectile, Charge, Fuze and Platform integration. Artillery Ballistics. System Safety. UK MoD Policy. 4. Suppliers should note that the Authority will only consider a nationally qualified projectile which is entirely compatible with the current 105mm ammunition suite and the L118 Artillery Field Gun.
