BritNed HVDC interconnector Depth of burial survey. BritNed Development Limited (BritNed), a joint venture between National Grid in the UK and TenneT in The Netherlands, has constructed a High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) bipolar interconnector between the UK and The Netherlands. The cable went into service in April 2011. The cable route distance is some 244km between the Isle of Grain landing reference KP 0 and the Maasvlakte landing in the Netherlands. The cables pass through independent horizontally drilled ducts passing below the sea defences onto the mud flats at the Isle of Grain from which point they are bundled together and protected mainly by burial for the whole route before entering ducts at the Maasvlakte shore end. Approximately 600m prior to the ducts the cables are separated by 20m to accommodate deeper remedial burial anticipated as a result of the Maasvlakte 2 land reclamation project off the Dutch coast. Where sufficient burial protection has not been achieved the cable is protected by rock placement. In order to monitor the cover over the cable, and as part of the statutory permit requirements, a depth of burial survey is required, initially for 2012 and optionaly for the 2013 and 2014, with subsequent survey intervals depending upon the trends seen. Stasjonsfjellet school - Ventilation and climate screen and capacity expansion. Oslo municipality c/o Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF, invite companies to a tender competition for the renovation of and new building for Stasjonsfjellet school. The existing school building at Stasjonsfjellet school shall be renovated with new ventilation installations and a new climate screen. The aim is to renovate the school up to passive house level. In addition the school's capacity shall be extended with a new building of approx. 750 m2 that shall be built in passive house standard. The project is a model project in Future Built, which is a programme that shall promote climate neutral builidings. Stasjonsfjellet school is situated at Sitgenga 310 in Groruddalen just by Høybråten railway station. Stasjonsfjellet school was built in 1982. The school currently consists of one building with a pupil wing with classrooms on one floor and one wing with administration and special rooms and a gym hall and changing rooms in the basement. The project shall be carried out whilst the school is open. The project will be carried out as a partnership/turnkey contract. Undervisningsbygg has high environmental ambitions with the project. The existing building shall be renovated up to passive house standard with the installation of new efficient ventilation installations and the upgrading of the climate screen. In addition to upgrading the existing building, Stasjonsfjellet school shall be extended from a 3 parallel secondary school to a 4 parallel secondary school. This will be done by constructing a new building of approx. 750 m2 in the school playground. A well park shall be established on the school's ball area by drilling for earth heat. A joint heat plant shall be established in the basement of the new building. The project shall be carried out whilst the school is open. This will be solved by dividing the project into phases. 1 Phase: New building, start autumn 2012, completion summer 2013. 2 Phase: Existing building pupil wing, start summer 2013, completion end of year 2013/2014. 3 Phase: Existing building administration wing, start end of year 2013/2014, completion 1.7.2014. 69450 Gunnerus gate 1Restoration, K202engineering, procurement and construction partnering contract Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall renovate/reconstruct Gunnerusgate 1 in Trondheim to condition level 1 and TEK 10-5 % as a part of developing Kalvskinnet to main campus for Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST/Høgskolen in Sør-Trøndelag). The maintenance requirement is considerable for the entire Gunnerusgate 1. The gross area of the existing building is 10 369 m2, but the project is limited to include 8 418 m2 gross area (both construction stage levels 2-5). Half of the basement (approx. 1 000 m2 gross area) is included in Statsbygg's project TP10035 HiST Kalvskinnet (new technology building). Sections of the remaining basement (approx. 934 m2 gross area) are being projected but only to a small degree included in the project. Skanska Norge AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority invites hereby contractors to participate in a tender competition in connection with this project. This is a sub engineering, procurement and construction contract and shall continue the work based on the existing tender documents.
