Provision of municipal waste recycling services. The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council ("the Council") sought suitably experienced contractors with appropriate facilities to enter into arrangements to undertake the recycling of a range of materials arising from the councils roadside refuse collection services. The materials will consist of but not be limited to the following materials: glass, plastics, metals (as tins/cans) and paper & cardboard. The arrangements will come into place on the 1.5.2012 and will be for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for a further two one year periods subject to the Council still having need for the service and contractor performance. FCHO's intention is to establish a mutually beneficial partnership and FCHO welcomes responses from Applicants large and small with similar aspirations. We are expecting innovative proposals from Applicants who feel that they can contribute positively to the provision of cleaning services.
