Research on teaching aids - tender contest. Research on teaching aids shall gain an insight into alternatives and usage of various types of teaching aids, paper based and digital. The objective is to increase knowledge of the teaching aids' significance in relation to education and learning in accordance with objective for the subject curriculum in the Knowledge Promotion Reform (Education Reform). This also applies basic skills in oral presentation, reading, writing, mathematics as well as digital skills. This shall be practical-oriented research which may provide profound knowledge of learning processes. It shall be study the degree the teachers employ teaching aids professionally in a given educational situation. The research project shall include the primary and secondary education and training, grades 1-13. The research shall be beneficial for National education and training authorities, the teacher training programme, teachers, school leaders and teaching aids developers in their work with quality development. The procurement is in compliance with the Public Procurement Act and regulations. Tenderers already submitted and got accepted qualification documents in connection with previous published assignments for the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (the Awarding Authority), will not be asked to submit such documents again. Building and refuse mapping for new buildings, restoration and demolition/protection. As a nationwide property manager with a particular differentiated building portfolio, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, faces several problems in property projects related to building refuse. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into framework agreements for support services related to works projects, where special competence is not required or when particular publication of position or deliveries are found unnecessary. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure an environmental and socioeconomically reliable management of waste, as well as prevent illegal disposal of residue from construction and demolition works. The assignment shall therefore be carried out in accordance with the Awarding Authority's/Skifte Eiendom's guidelines and routines, established in the quality assurance system. Norad: evaluation of agriculture and food security. Norwegian bilateral assistance to agriculture amounted to approximately three billion kroner in the period 2005 to 2011. Food security is an objective of much of this support, directly or indirectly. Food-security has received increased attention in international development in recent years and there are plans to increase the level of Norwegian support to agriculture and food security. The evaluation is undertaken to assess to what extent Norwegian funds for agriculture have contributed to better food security, with a view to get recommendations for future support. The audience are the institutions responsible for development cooperation in Norway as well as international audiences that see food security as a priority in development. The evaluation will include studies of major programmes supported by Norway. Field studies are planned in Malawi, Zambia and Tanzania.
