Request for Proposal for the Provision of Transmission Electron Microscope and Digital Image Capture System. The Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (Cefas) has purchased a Transmission Electron Microscope and digital image capture system in replacement of an existing ageing system. The microscope will be employed to image principally biological material, and must therefore be capable of maximising specimen contrast. Much of the work carried out within Cefas involves work on marine and freshwater applications.
