Cross connection Jessheim - general contract. The contract comprises of the following lots: 1) Construction of a new by-road between fv. 174 (county road 174) and the Ring road (county road 459), length approx. 640 m and width approx. 15 m; 2) Reconstruction of the Ring road from the new crossing with the by-road to Trondheimsvegen (County road 450), length approx. 600 m and width 10-15 m. The by-road shall be constructed below the railway which means alteration of the railway in order to prepare a construction site for a culvert cast in situ. The estimated amount of concrete to the culvert is approx. 5 000 m3. Alterations of cables and pipes including pressing of pipes below the railway are also included. Ullerntunet Residential and Service Center. The assignment consists of development (design) and renovation/construction of new nursing home at Ullerntunet. Overall objectives: — Develop and build Norway's most environmentally friendly and energy efficient nursing home, — The nursing home shall be ready in 2015. The project involves construction of 144 nursing home places as well as senior centers and spaces for medical offices. The existing main building is to be refurbished. Purchase of engineering design group - Hjelmsgate Nursery School, reconstruction after a fire. Hjelmsgate Nursery School at Hjelmsgate 3 (gnr/bnr 214/105), Frogner district, was damaged by a fire during the night of 31st December 2011. The nursery school was extensively damaged and shall be rebuilt with the same number of units (two units) as before the fire. The building is listed on the Cultural Heritage Management Office's (BYA), "yellow list" and is zoned for conservation. Exterior facade shall be renovated to its original shape. The interior was for the most part destroyed by the fire and must therefore be entirely rebuilt. BYA has no special interests in connection with the internal works, but some old features have been kept from the restoration work, and is planned to be restored during the reconstruction. The project is planned to be executed as a general contract. The engineering design group shall, in co-operation with the Cultural Heritage Management Office, OBY and Frogner district, as tenant, plan the reconstruction of the nursery school.
