Building inspection, structure control, vibration measurements, joint project new E6 and Dovrebane. Statens vegvesen (SVV) and Jernbaneverket (JBV) have established a co-operation to better contribute to the planning and construction of a new E6 and new Dovrebane along Mjøsa in Eidsvoll and Stange. In connection with this award authority requests tenders for site inspection, structure control and vibration measurements along the planned road and track routes. The survey comprises both open air zones and tunnel routes. The main elements in the work are as follows: — Carry out site inspections of approx. 450 buildings in total as well as executing subsequent damage evaluation where this is required, — Place bolts and carry out structure control of approx. 50 buildings in total, — Place vibration equipment and carry out vibration measurements for approx. 100 buildings measure controls including time resolutions. The work is divided between 3 sections (FP1, FP2, FP3). The work also comprises preparatory work on all three sections. The work shall be executed in accordance with drawings and notes which are attached and forms parts of the tender documents. Plans for structure control and programme for vibration measurements will be designed by award authority. UK-Chichester: construction work
Enterprise Gateway (design and construction) at Terminus Road, Chichester, West Sussex, United Kingdom. Chichester District Council is committed to supporting local businesses, especially new businesses starting up and wishes to provide an Enterprise Gateway within the District. Plot 12 Terminus Road has been identified as a suitable site for this facility being part of an Industrial Estate. The Council propose to grant a long lease of the land to a contractor from the private sector in return for the contractor funding the design and construction of the development. It is a requirement that the contractor will thereafter manage the serviced offices and workshops to be let to start up businesses. The management of the serviced offices and workshops is the subject of a separate Contract Notice of even date and the same contractor will be required to deal with both aspects of this project. The contractor will be required to design and build a complex of self contained offices set within a three storey office block and a block of single storey studios/workshops at the rear around a central courtyard for car parking and servicing the buildings.
