K-72527 Electrical technical infrastructure for the Central building Engineering, procurement and construction contract for services and systems in connection with establishment of electro technical infrastructure. The engineering, procurement and construction contract includes separate engineering design services as well as engineering design services from consulting engineer, electrical installations (RIE) which will be transferred upon signing of a contract. DFID Rwanda Education Sector Programme: Design and Management of Innovation and Capacity Building Funds. As part of DFID Rwanda's new education programme, two new funds will be established to finance innovative projects (£10m) and build the capacity of the Ministry of Education to implement their new sector plan (2 700 000 GBP). The objective of the Innovation fund would be to support small scale innovative projects run by NGOs, faith based organisations or the private sector, within the framework of the Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP) that could present, for example, either a model for scaling up or a methodology to catalyse progress against the plan's targets. The objective of the Capacity Building Fund would be to build the capacity of the Rwandan Ministry of Education to effectively implement their ESSP, particularly around priorities areas of improving the quality of education delivery.
