We produce a wide range of printed material for widely differing audiences. Including portable exhibition systems, building wraps, posters, gateway signs etc. Print items in this category consist of A4-A1 posters, signs, vinyl, stickers and labels etc. single to full colour print on a variety of materials, board, paper, plastics and vinyl's etc. Print runs various. Mounting and finishing on various boards, card, plastics and metals plus lamination of finished items. This is a rapidly evolving market and is technology led. As a result, suppliers will be required to keep us updated about new products. Signage for a variety of council sites and premises, these may be internal or external dependent on the project. Printing materials can vary from foam board to metal or specialist plastics and will often encompass lighting needs, which are tailored to the individual project. Portsmouth City Council's Housing Management Service requires the services of a lead consultant to oversee the delivery of external refurbishment and upgrading of Wilmcote House, from feasibility study to completion of the works, and is inviting applications from suitably experienced firms to this effect. The property was constructed in 1968 and is an 11 storey large panel 'Bison' REEMA variant. A number of major elements of the building are coming to the end of their serviceable life leading to a requirement to undertake a major refurbishment scheme. Provision of residential (disability) short break care for children and young people. The Local Authority is seeking to increase its range of residential (disability) short break care for children and young people aged 5 -18. The new residential unit will offer initially three beds opening for approximately 350 nights per year (a further 3 beds will become operational at later date. The provision will provide a setting where children and young people with identified disability needs will receive a range of care, social and peer group activities. The short break will provide the carers with a regular and consistent break. The new provision will seek to include children/young people who have historically been difficult to receive "family" based care including children with complex health/moving and handling requiring specialist equipment and adaptations and those with behaviours which require greater care arrangements. The new unit will therefore provide for greater opportunities to plan for early interventions to avoid unnecessary and crisis placements, sustaining and maintaining children/young people's links with communities and increasing cross sector working in sharing resources and expertise.
