It aims to provide long-term sustainable management of open spaces across the United Kingdom. Greenwich Ecology Park is a freshwater wetland setting originally created by English Partnerships in 2000 as part of the redevelopment of the Greenwich Peninsula. The two hectare site is the centre point of the Greenwich Millennium Village and was transferred to the Trust for long-term sustainable management. The capital cost of the buildings is currently estimated to be in the region of GBP 15 000 000 - 17 000 000. The provision of financial and procurement system(s) to Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The Trust currently has an integrated finance and procurement system that is a managed service hosted on a remote server of which some finance functions are outsourced as part of the contract. The current contract is due to expire at the end of June 2012. The Trust requires a fully integrated finance and procurement system, where the procurement system is shown to be fully developed and operational. Consideration will also be given to a separate procurement system where it can be shown to fully interface with any proposed finance system. The Trust is prepared to consider options for a similar managed service with some finance functions either outsourced or brought back in-house. The provider must also provide robust and comprehensive backup and disaster recovery arrangements, system upgrades and a support desk that is responsive to user requirements. The Finance elements of the system should include general ledger, purchase ledger and sales ledger (or equivalent) and ideally the system will include charitable funds, fixed asset accounting and consolidation functionality. "Fit for purpose" user reports for budget holders as well as for financial and statutory reporting purposes are also required with flexible reporting to suit a range of users. The system must be able to accept interfaces from feeder systems such as payroll, pharmacy and NHS Supply Chain. A database querying interface is also required. The Procurement element of the system will have a web based desk top requisitioning system for end users. ROL/ROQ barcoded "materials management" stock replenishment function and formal stock control option with a fully integrated "fit for purpose" purchasing function.
