The contract will be based on the NHF Form of Contract 2011 and utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates: Fire Alarm Maintenance ver 6.1 pre-priced schedule of rates and will be let on an "all-inclusive" basis. The Auditor appointed by the Trust must satisfy the criteria for appointment as an auditor of an NHS Foundation trust, as set out in paragraph 23(4) of Schedule 7 of the 2006 Act. The Auditor must have an established and demonstrable standing within the healthcare sector and be able to show a high level of experience and expertise. The work is of a specialised nature and so general audit experience is not sufficient.
