The replacement and installation of technical equipment for audio/video distribution and monitoring in the main control room of the Charlemagne building in Brussels. The Directorate-General for Interpretation (SCIC) of the European Commission will install a new AV router system with multi-viewer capabilities. This equipment will allow centralising, managing, routing and monitoring of audio and video signals from the meeting and conference rooms. In addition, it will allow standardising of the type of audio and video signals to be used in the different meeting rooms in all the conference centres managed by the European Commission. This standardisation will require an upgrade of equipment to support signals like SDI (SD and HD with embedded audio) and DVI. The main control room will be reorganised around this central AV router. Small side works are also required in the meeting rooms in order to ensure signal compatibility with this AV router. The works to be carried out will require the following: — preparation of the new equipment, — delivery of the new equipment at Charlemagne building, — installation ready for use of the new equipment before 31.8.2012, — reorganisation of the main control room around this new equipment, — testing and relevant phased running-in of installations. Successful tenderers will be asked to provide EFSA with data from their newest national dietary survey or from a survey carried out in a special population group in their country and not currently covered in the comprehensive database or in the above described series of collaboration agreements signed in 2011. Assessment of the requests of third countries to be included in the 'List of recognised third countries' referred to in Article 7 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008. Assessment of requests submitted to the European Commission by third countries under Article 33(2) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products. The contractor will be required to carry out a documentary assessment of the technical dossiers provided by 12 countries which have applied for recognition of organic farming equivalence. The objective is to verify that the technical dossier meets the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008. In particular, the contractor will have to verify the reliability of the equivalence assessment provided by the applicants and other information. The contractor will provide a comparison of the standards of the applicant countries with the 'Codex Alimentarius' guidelines for the production, processing, labelling and marketing of organically produced foods (GL-32-1999) and with other relevant standards. For the 12 countries, the contractor will prepare an overview of key types of organic production, production regions and periods in which this production can be witness-audited. Also the contractor will be required to verify on the spot the implementation of the organic system in 5 of those countries.
