Ice hall and multiuser hall at Gystadmarka, Ullensaker municipality. Øvre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites contractors to participate in the tender contest regarding engineering, procurement and construction of "Ice hall and multiuser hall at Gystadmarka". Information of the project: The site is situated near the centre of Jessheim. The building is located along the county road 174 in an area regulated for sports purposes at Gystadmarka School. In addition to the athletics arena, stadium facility for football is also constructed. These are located straight north of the planned building. The building shall follow the road and function as a noise reducing wall for the Sports Park and activity square located on the opposite side. 3 of the facades are sealed and simple, covered with dark sandwich elements. Towards the sports park and the square, façade is open. One façade with wood panelling and glass sections break the dark buildings. The façade lines in the wood/glass façade have horizontal breaks where the purpose is to create excitement and movement in the building. This is illustrated in the roof of the sports stand. The glass façade is facing the activity park and provides contact between corridors/joint areas and park. The building contains a multiuser hall with 3 handball courts (47x47), an ice hall with North American measures (25x28), separate wardrobe facility for the 2 halls and an intermediate building containing technical rooms. A joint area with vestibule/mingling area, ticket office and social rooms are centrally situated in the building. From here, it is access to the wardrobe facilities and to the second level through a stair and a lift. From the second level the audience will have access to the halls' stands. The intermediate building has glass walls facing the halls in such a way that the room has contact with the halls. The second level shall be used for social gatherings and audience purposes, and a kiosk is centrally located between the halls. Sections of the area in the second level shall be delivered as carcass without any distinctive function or furnishing. The load bearing elements (columns, beams and binders) shall be made mainly of steel. The steel structures shall be coated with complete wall elements, type sandwich. The roof is planned as a compact roof with perforated, corrugated steel sheets. The foot print of the building is approx. 9 775 m2 and the floor area/gross area is approx. 12 300 m2. The halls shall be constructed in accordance with requirements TEK10. Instruction manual User halls design, construction, operation and maintenance - published by the Ministry of Culture and Ecclesiastical Affairs will be the basis for design of joint areas and multiuser hall. The ice hall shall meet the requirements for ice halls given by the Norwegian Ice hockey Association in addition to project specific requirements given in the requirement specification. Landscape architect works will include development of a simple square with asphalt cover and activity courts for ball games and skateboards, bicycle and handicap parking facilities. Start of contract works: possibly date 16.4.2012. Completion: partly take-over internal and external construction works: 19.4.2013. Conclusion date: 30.8.2013. Date for take over: 19.4.2013 and the completion date 30.8.2013 will be subject to daily fines in accordance with Norwegian Standard 8407.
