PC362. Service and maintenance of air conditioning equipment. The county has approximately 2500 Air Conditioning units in 200 buildings located throughout Staffordshire. These are mainly split A/C units in offices and schools but there are also about 20 larger ducted systems with AHUs included in these totals. The Authority is seeking to appoint a service contractor to service these units on a comprehensive basis including all repairs and call outs. 4 service visits to each unit are required each year.
