Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT), the Regional Transport Partnership for the West of Scotland invites tenders for a Passenger Ferry Transport Service between Gourock and Kilcreggan. There are two alternative contract specifications for which tenders may be submitted. Only one contract will be awarded. The first contract (1923C1) is based on a fixed SPT timetable - please refer to our tender specification and documentation for detailed information. Contract 1923C1 will be evaluated and awarded based on Lowest Price tendered. The second contract (1923C) allows Tenderers to propose optional tender bids based on a proposed SPT timetable which includes essential and desirable journeys. Tenderers may also propose an alternative timetable and/or an alternative fare structure - full details must be provided. Essential journeys MUST BE included in every bid for specification 1923C.
