VoIP RFT - Department of Education and Skills. This document constitutes a request for tenders to select a company for the design, supply, installation and implementation of a new VoIP telephony system infrastructure for the Department of Education and Skills (DES) and the national educational psychological services (NEPS) - an area of the Department currently with its own separate ICT infrastructure. The DES and NEPS infrastructures are in the process of being amalgamated and a single infrastructure will be in place for the implementation of the new system. ITT for the supply, installation & commissioning of high resolution mass spectrometer. The UCD Conway Institute of Biomolecular & Biomedical Research is Ireland's largest biosciences research institute, dedicated to promoting knowledge, health and economic advancement through excellence in biomolecular and biomedical sciences. Through world-class facilities and infrastructural support, UCD Conway enables researchers in the biosciences to compete successfully on the international stage and to place Irish bioscience in the global spotlight. There are approximately 450 people working in the building at any one time, comprising over 60 principal investigators and their teams of postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. The Institute wishes to purchase a high resolution mass spectrometer which will be used for a wide range of applications including SILAC-based and label-free quantitative proteomics, protein post-translational modification analysis, and protein-protein interaction studies. It should also be noted that the Institute has an existing mass spectrometer which it would propose a trade in arrangement with the successful supplier. Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Fitness Equipment. Renfrewshire Council, in collaboration with Renfrewshire Leisure Ltd (RLL) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced organisations wishing to tender to Supply, Deliver, Install, and Maintain various types of Gym Equipment including but not limited to cardio vascular (CV), resistance, free weights both premium and value products. There is an ongoing program to replace and/or refurbish gymnasiums throughout 2011/2015 and it is likely that the following projects will be addressed throughout this period: — 2012- Lagoon and Johnstone High School (CV & Resistance), — 2013- Linwood, Erskine (CV only) and Renfrew (CV only), — 2014- Renfrew (CV & Resistance), — 2015- Renfrew (Resistance), Erskine (Resistance) and Lagoon (CV only). The successful supplier/s shall be required to enter into a framework agreement to provide the following Lots: Lot 1- Premium cardiovascular. Lot 2- Value cardiovascular. Lot 3- Premium resistance. It is expected that the successful supplier/s will work in partnership with Renfrewshire Council/RLL to assist with the redesign and kit out of its fitness suites. In addition, the successful supplier/s will be expected to work in partnership with all parties who may be connected to any of the projects in order to achieve a Premium and/or Value standard that meets the aspirations of Renfrewshire Council/RLL and its members now and in the future of the Framework. The framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years and contracts will be awarded to the organisation that represents the most economically advantageous tender/s. The evaluation of tenders received shall be in two stages: Stage One: Bid Selection. Stage Two: Award. Stage one of the evaluation shall be based upon the undernoted bid selection criteria (but not necessarily in the order stated):-. * Compliance with "General Conditions of Contract"; * Compliance with the "Special Conditions of Contract"; * Eligibility to Contract; * Organisation & Staff. * Business Capability. * Certification of Technical Competence. * Financial Review; * Evidence of VAT registration; * Insurance provision assessed by the Council as adequate; * Compliance with all relevant statutory obligations (e.g. Equal Opportunities & Equality Act). * An Equal Opportunity Policy assessed by the Council as adequate; * An Environmental Policy assessed by the Council as adequate; * A Health & Safety Policy assessed by the Council as adequate; * A Quality Policy / Quality Assurance system assessed by the Council as adequate; * A suitable complaints procedure including escalation points; * Acceptable experience of delivering similar services; * The use of Sub Contractors. * Business Probity.
