Framework agreement with service providers of auditing services with accompanying consultancy services and inquiry services. The framework agreement will also include strategic consultancy services in connection with planning and implementation of audit assignments as well as preventive measures. The Awarding Authority requests service providers who can supply competence for the various areas, including inquiries, IT auditing and project auditing in connection with large procurements for the municipality's building and construction sector. The agreements will be used when award authority lacks the required competence or capacity. Award authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with at least 3 suppliers. Entering into these parallel framework agreements means that award authority will carry out mini contests for the individual assignments where only the framework agreement suppliers can participate. The decision of who will be awarded the actual assignment will be based on criteria stated in the invitation to tender in the mini-contest, see section six under said point. National Cyclical Decoration Work. Sanctuary Group is the largest Registered Social Landlord in the country and manages over 79 000 homes throughout the United Kingdom. These properties include general rented, sheltered and supported accomodation and student and key worker accomodation (but not limited to). Sanctuary is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the undertaking of the Cyclical Decoration and Pre-Decoration repairs (potentially including planned maintenance works for all types of Sanctuary properties). Contractors will be invited to evaluate model dwellings and to submit percentage adjustments against the pre-priced NHF Schedule of Rates, together with calculating differential percentages for working in different geopgraphical areas. Sanctuary Housing Stock is widely disbursed across the U.K. Sanctuary will issue works orders for individual packages of work and future works orders will be subject to annual performance reviews based against KPIs and Pricing. The Contractors will be required to provide a Customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides Value for Money to Sanctuary and our Residents.
