Patient Experience 2013. The Specification, which will be supplied with the tender documents, sets out the requirements for the delivery of a service for collecting and reporting real time feedback and a programme of local postal surveys to collect service use, carer and parent feedback across the counties of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath & North East Somerset and across all Divisions. This includes adult and children community and specialised primary care services, in mental health, the care groups for adults, older adults, children and adolescents, and across the settings for inpatients and service users in the community. The Trust is looking for a mixed model for collecting feedback to include: — electronic survey software to be deployed to an existing 25 electronic real time hand held devices, — provision of at least 5 different on-line surveys available for use at the same time, — provision of local postal surveys (40-50 surveys of a total sample of 17 000 people per annum). The real time hand held devices already purchased are Viliv S5, 4.8" touch screens. A possible option within the tender would be to swap or change the hardware to realise the benefits of alternative hardware, for example a device with a larger screen, provided that this can be done without significant cost penalty. Progress Housing Group will be awarding a framework to several suppliers for all the groups' requirements for the provisions of Grounds Maintenance Services and associated services. The Group is looking to work with contractors who are able to provide a solution that is appropriate to the current and future requirements of the Group. The tender consists of 6 lots based on the geographical location of Progress Housing Group stock. Bidders can bid for one or more lots. Progress Housing Group provides a diverse range of housing solutions and related services throughout the UK including affordable rent, market rent, sheltered housing and housing for people with specialist needs. The subsidiaries of the Group are New Progress Housing Association, New Fylde Housing Limited and Progress Care Housing Association. This tender is for Progress Housing Group on behalf of its present and future subsidiaries. Progress Housing Group has offices in the North West of England (mainly South Ribble & Fylde Coast) and also in Leeds, Lincoln & Boston. The contractors are to provide the appropriate equipment and associated support across the lifetime of this framework. Contractors are to note that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this tender and only those suppliers who are invited to tender will receive the appropriate TUPE information. The framework will be available to all members of the Progress Housing Group. The framework will be initially utilised by New Progress and New Fylde, however will be available to Progress Care Housing Association should they wish to call off from the framework at a later date within the agreed framework lifetime. New Progress and New Fylde are both based around the North West of England area. Progress Care is a supported living organisation which is based through out England. The previous expenditure is approximately 225 000 GBP per year in total. There is no current information on price per lot as historically the works have never been spilt into geographical lots. This combined total is based on an approximate value of New Progress and New Fylde's total expenditure on grounds maintenance work for the previous 12 months. The potential for Progress Cares expenditure contract value is an additional 300 000 GBP. Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust (BCHC) is seeking provision of a Community Wide Information System (CWIS) for the replacement of two (2) legacy Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and one (1) Child Health system with a fully integrated Electronic Patient Record. The provision should include, as a minimum, the following services: associated training; technical deployment; phased rolled out to services; data migration; interface capability/development; cutover; documentation; project management; hosted data centre; and ITIL accredited managed service support. A phased rolled out is required across the large number of BCHC services which will require multiple data migrations. The successful provider will also be ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 (hosted data centre) accredited (or equivalent). Functionality requirements may include, but are not limited to: patient registration; referral management; in-patient administration; outpatient administration; case note tracking; coding; electronic patient clinical record; diary management; waiting list management; front end reporting; full data extracts; 18 Week Referral To Treatment; day care; request and results; Electronic Documentation Transfer; Choose & Book integration; electronic prescribing and administration; caseload management; local system administration etc. The solution must enable both mobile access/updates to patient records in all care delivery settings and data sharing with the local health economy to enhance patient care.
