IRL-Dublin: engineering services
Commercial Consultancy Services for National Roads Programme. The National Roads Authority ("the Contracting Authority") is procuring on its own behalf and on behalf of a number of local authorities, a single operator framework agreement ("the Framework Agreement") to facilitate the Contracting Authority and local authorities who have engaged contractors on road projects funded by the Contracting Authority to avail of the services described below ("the Services") with an anticipated duration of 4 years. The Services are divided into 2 lots being Lot 1 and Lot 2. Applicants can submit suitability assessment questionnaires for one or both lots. The Services under Lot 1 will be the provision, when required, of quantity surveying services in relation to road projects funded by the Contracting Authority (see Annex B for additional information on services under Lot 1). The Services under Lot 2 will be the provision, when required, of expert witness services and claims advice on road projects funded by the Contracting Authority where disputes arise between employers and contractors. Expert witness and claims advice services that may be required are in the areas of programming and quantum (see Annex B for additional information on services under Lot 2).
