NO-Oslo: refrigerators
Cool cupboards for primary and secondary schools in Norway. The Information Office for fruit and vegetables (OFG) would like tenders for a framework agreement for cool cupboards. The contract is for a framework agreement for the procurement of cool cupboards for primary and secondary schools in Norway. The supplier is always to have a store of cool cupboards in a central location in Østlandet in Norway. Now that the school fruit scheme is established, there is a need for approx. 80 cool cupboards per annum. If the free fruit scheme is implemented for purely primary schools (1st – 7th years) by the government during the contract period, the need will be for up to approx. 1 500 cupboards in order to cover cupboards for new schools. This will be a need that will be covered during the first semester that such a scheme is implemented. The contract does not include a guarantee that the schools will choose to purchase a cupboard based on this contract, but the contract will be OFG's offer to Norwegian municipalities/schools. The tender shall specify: — Where the cupboards shall be stored in a central place in Østlandet, — How many cupboards would normally be purchased for the store (based on an annual procurement in the framework agreement of approx. 80 cupboards), — How many cupboards are left in the store when a new procurement of cupboards is made, — Delivery time for new cupboards, — Price per cupboard. How we would like the purchase/sale to function: — OFG and suppliers that have a contract with OFG can purchase cupboards based on this contract, — Invoicing shall be based on the procurement of cupboards that the supplier has in stock. This means that the supplier must purchase cupboards for the store at his own risk. OFG and suppliers that have a contract with school fruit will purchase cupboards at the price fixed in this contract, — The only price addition is freight from the central location in Østlandet to the customer. The supplier is obligated to find the most suitable transport as regards practical conditions and price for those who shall receive the cool cupboards. Requirements for the cupboards: — The cool cupboards shall be lockable and we would like assembled brackets for possibly locking by padlock, — The cool cupboards shall store fruit placed in IFCO boxes. We would like at least 5 wire shelves per cupboard. Temperature 0-12 degrees Celsius. IFCO box model: 616 measurements: 600x400x180mm, — The cupboard's outside ought to be white. 90 % of the cupboard door shall be profiled with the school fruit logo – preferably silkscreen print. This ought to be carried out before packing and transport, — The tender ought to specify the cost of the silkscreen printing, environment fee, HFK-fee, — 2 years guarantee, — Please specify the following for the cupboards: Type, type of control panel, cooling medium cooling system, external material, internal material, description of the lock, number of shelves, volume, external size, internal size, weight and temperature zone. The contract is for 3 years and 6 months starting August 2012. If there is a new supplier, OFG will adjust the date for the first order so that the existing supplier is able to sell all their stock. This will occur in agreement with the new supplier. If the framework terms are changed, for example, the need for the assignment no longer exists, the awarding authority will be able to give notice on the contract with 3 months warning. IS-Reykjavik: transmission apparatus for radiotelephony, radiotelegraphy, radio broadcasting and television
15233. Pre-selection for competitive dialogues – new digital video broadcast services for RUV The State Trading Centre on behalf of The Icelandic National Broadcasting Service (RUV) invites interested parties to take part in pre-selections for competitive dialogues for providing Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) services in an economical and reliable way. The Icelandic National Broadcasting Service (RUV) plans to close down its current analogue television broadcast network before the end of 2014. RUV is therefore seeking a partner to provide Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) services in an economical and reliable way. RUV is in this aspect prepared to purchase a broadcasting system, sign a long term leasing contract for broadcasting services or enter into a joint venture partnership with a service provider. Furthermore, either the system may be handed over to RUV, or operated by the partner for a short or long period of time. Emphasis is laid on guaranteeing that users experience premium quality broadcasting services. The service shall be capable of distributing Standard Definition TV (SDTV) and High Definition TV (HDTV) as well as transporting some radio programs (channels) over the same system. The service is to be ready for use in stages during the next 2-4 years, starting with the distribution of one SDTV program (converting it to HDTV within 4 years) and one HDTV program as well as the radio programs. Additionally a solution to broadcast RUV´s programmes to the ocean area nearest to Iceland for seafarers is needed. It is advantageous if this solution is provided by the same supplier. RUV is looking for a technologically neutral solution in the sense that RUV is impartial to the type of the distribution service. The broadcast network shall though be in accordance with European DVB standards as well as Nordig and EBU recommendations. It shall be simple and inexpensive for the users to start using the service and a subscription fee for RUV´s programs is not allowed. The broadcast service shall, in this phase, reach at least 99.9 % of the population effectively covering most of Iceland's lowland. The service shall at least be available at homes, businesses, public buildings and summer house areas. The minimum service area will further be specified as coordinated service spots. It is foreseen that the service may be able to broadcast programs other than RUV's which is regarded as advantageous for the users. The project is divided into three major components, namely Head-End, Backhauls and Delivery. A proposed solution shall at least consist of the Delivery component but may also contain Head-End and Backhaul components. The operation of these may also be proposed. Tenderer shall assume that RUV will be the holder of a frequency license for DVB-T/T2 distribution that may be used for the service. The TV analogue network is to be operated in parallel to the DVB service for 6 months in each area. RUV currently operates FM radio transmitters at 100 sites broadcasting 2 national radio programs, LW radio transmitters at 2 sites and 110 own radio sites facilities. The current analogue TV network consists of 180 transmitters. Over 90 % of the radio transmitters are located at the same sites as the TV transmitters. The operation of the radio network, radio sites, as well as the current TV network clearly has many things in common with a DVB service. It may be economical to combine the operation of these into one package and bidders are encouraged to propose such a solution. Participants have to meet strict financial, technical and other competence qualification requirements. Following the Pre-qualification process the selection of a proposal from qualified bidders will be based on price, technical and quality criteria's that will be used to select the most cost-effective and beneficial solution for RUV and its users.
