National road 555 public transport Breivikskiftet - Drotningsvik. The work shall be carried out from approx. pile 430 – 1380 between Drotningsvik and Breivikskiftet. The work consists of establishing a public transport lane on both sides of the existing national road 555. The existing road bridge and footbridge that cross national road 555 at Drotningsvik shall be demolished and a new bridge cast on site shall be established. The bridge will be approx. 16m broad and 32m long. A temporary bridge shall be put up by Statens vegvesen in the period when the new bridge is being established, but the contractor must establish the temporary land abutments. Approx. 2 5000 m3 of rock shall be blasted on the stretch and approx. 18 000 m3 of this shall be transported away. There are approx. 30 000 vehicles per annum and great emphasis must be put on traffic flow along the stretch.
