The tender will have two options in order to assess best value for the Council:-. Option 1 will be for the service as it is provided at present which covers only the transportation of the leachate to designated Scottish Water sites for treatment. Option 2 will be for the transport and treatment of the leachate at a licensed site designated by the contractor.
