The ID-gateway can validate MinID and actual e-IDs in the market that fulfil public requirements. The contract is for the certificate services and associated services from suppliers in the market. The service provider must be self-declared as certificate issuers at the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority, certificate class "Person High". Resource provider transport and storage. The technical resource provider shall provide technical support to the engagement team transport and storage in connection with providing advice to the authorities and safeguard the Norwegian State's interests in CO2 projects. The resource provider shall contribute with technical studies, competence and capacity by selecting, qualifying and developing storage on the Norwegian shelf. Personnel from the resource provider shall i.a.: — Participate in internal discussions (including goals and strategies), — Contribute with advice and proposals to activities and plans, — Carry out interdisciplinary studies, quality assure external studies and services, — Assist in integration of results which should lead to conclusions decision basis, — Assist in Gassnova's, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, participation in joint venture with other companies (preparing meetings, strategy, assessment of proposals, presentations, etc.). The resource provider must cover the subject areas geology, geophysics, petrophysics, geomechanics, geochemistry, reservoir, production, well and subsea engineering. The supplier must have tools and software considered standard for the listed subject areas and ensure that the personnel is familiar with relevant procedures and guidelines for the assignments. The tenderers must substantiate experience from the petroleum industry for all requested subject areas. Experience from key assignments within CO2 storage will be preferred. The extent is estimated to approx. 6 full-time equivalents per annum. The extent may be subject to some alterations over time since the Awarding Authority's activities are developed. The adaptations will be agreed upon over a long-term period. It is expected that the provider also, at best ability, attempt to contribute in connection with unforeseen requirements beyond the stated extent. The contract period is 4, 5 years. 4 man-labour years will be fixed engagement of dedicated people on full time employment which is subject to mutual commitment from the parties during the contract period. It will be a mutual term of notice of 6 months for these people. These people will be allocated and appointed on a long-term basis and they must expect to carry out parts of their assignments in the Awarding Authority's premises. The remaining extent is expected to be in the form of studies and assignments of various extent and duration. The working languages are Norwegian and English. The resource provider must arrange for smooth interaction between own personnel. It is expected that the resource provider allocates a full-time coordinator in connection with the delivery. The coordinator is expected to participate in the Transport and Storage's weekly project/management meetings. The coordinator will have a formal reporting line to those of Transport and Storage's employees who are responsible for the delivery. The professional contact shall be broad and not subject to limitations. The reporting function shall be carried out during project meeting with monthly reports and possibly dedicated progress meetings or similar. If requirements for assistance beyond the fixed binding resources, ordering shall be carried out by completing a separate form for Cost, Time and Resource (KTR form).
