Schools which fall outside of Portsmouth City Council's boundaries will not be covered by the arrangements. No guarantees regarding the value of work let via the agreement can be provided. The number invited to bid will decrease if less than 12 bidders return pre-qualification questionnaires for a particular lot or if less than 12 bidders satisfy the minimum requirements stated within the Process Overview document. At tender stage shortlisted bidders must then achieve the minimum tender score in order to be awarded a place upon the framework lot. The minimum score will be confirmed within the invitation to tender document which will be made available as part of the tender pack to shortlisted bidders.
