Excess war liability insurance. Naviair is initiating a tender process in order to get quotations from suitably qualified and experienced insurance companies, who can provide Naviair with a 100 % solution for excess war liability (AVN52G) insurance coverage. Limit required is 850 000 000 USD in excess of 150 000 000 USD. According to Act No. 529 of 26.5.2010 the Danish Minister of Transport intends to transform Naviair from af state enterprise into a state owned company in September 2010. According to the law Naviair must have the necessary insurances. Currently Naviair is insured under the Danish government's self insurance scheme. Naviair has recently appointed leading and following Insurer(s) to provide aviation liability insurance coverage for Naviair. The selected CRO will also be required to supply the novel drug candidate, the three-drug combination formulation and comparator/placebo formulations as investigational medicinal products. Stability studies for the formulations will also be required. Work for this study should aim to begin in February 2011.
