The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is committed to providing safe refuge for single women, and women with children, fleeing or at risk of domestic violence. The overarching aim of providing this service will be to maximise individuals' ability to live independently, where the main risk to independence is the capability to maintain accommodation. The Royal Borough is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced organisations able to provide accommodation based support services for 19 units across two sites; both within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The call off requirement is for approximately 197 hours of support per week across these 19 units. The duration of the single contract will be for 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a maximum of a further 2 years if required, depending on contract performance).
