IT solution for social services in the city of Oslo. The awarding authority shall purchase and implement a new IT system for the social services departments in the municipality's NAV offices to replace the current IT system (Oskar). The system support shall contribute to the totality of the municipality's work within social services. The protection of personal information and securing confidentiality are fundamental elements for the IT solution and a description of how this will be handled must be included in the proposed system description.
