The Scottish Government wishes to purchase surveying services for the Home Owners' Support Fund (HOSF) which covers 2 mortgage rescue schemes, the mortgage to rent scheme and the mortgage to shared equity scheme. The successful operation of HOSF depends upon the Scottish Government having timely access to good quality property valuation services at all locations around Scotland.
