Firstly a consultancy service covering PPC permit advice/implementation, landfill design works (cells/capping), construction quality assurance (plan and validation report preparation and advice), supervision (contract and CQA), landfill operations (advice/systems), liaison with statutory bodies, environmental management systems, site appraisal and development, landfill site management (including gas and leachate management), closure plan advice/implementation, land/profile modelling, capping, restoration design, drainage and other infrastructure design, procurement, strategy. The second element is environmental monitoring and reporting on groundwater, surface water, landfill gas and leachate at the landfill sites and surrounding areas as directed.
