Concierge services. Following a review of its Concierge Services, THCH is looking to procure a new provider to deliver services for 4 sites in London based in E1, E2 and E14. The scope of the service varies at different sites and the service is to be provided all days of the year including bank holidays. THCH is proposing an initial 3 year contract with the option to extend the contract by two further one year periods based on the assessment of the service providers' performance.
