CHA Ventures Limited (CHA Ventures) is advertising this framework on behalf of itself, One Housing Group Limited, Community Housing Association Limited, Toynbee Housing Association Limited and Island Homes Housing Association Limited. CHA Ventures is a limited company responsible for procurement on behalf One Housing Group and its members although it will be possible for local authorities, other registered social landlords and arms length management organisations operating in London and the South East of England to opt to use the framework. CHA Ventures intends to procure a contractor framework agreement for the delivery of programmes of construction and development works.
